Application Castrol Honilo 980
Castrol Honilo 980 has been specially developed for honing ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The product has also proven itself in the general machining of aluminium and non-ferrous metals.
Castrol Honilo 980 properties:
- Excellent flushing and lubricating properties ensure long honing stone life and enable high surface qualities and dimensional tolerances.
- Low viscosity and excellent wetting properties reduce discharge and minimise product re-set quantities.
- Good filter properties and oxidation stability increase product lifetime.
- The chlorine- and heavy metal-free formulation meets the ökological requirements and thus reduces disposal costs.

Storage
To avoid product contamination, the container should always be tightly closed. Protect from frost, store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. It is recommended to keep the product in an indoor storage at a temperature between 5°C and 45°C. Please follow the instructions in the safety data sheet.
