Product Description Mobil EAL Arctic 22
The Mobil EAL Arctic Series are environmentally friendly, high performance, fully synthesized lubricants specifically designed for the lubrication of refrigeration compressors and systems using ozone-friendly HFC refrigerants. (HFC does not contain chlorine and replaces coolants containing chlorine). They are also recommended for applications that use carbon dioxide with the possibility of a proper oil return to the compressor (typically bulkheads). Mobil EAL Arctic Series oils are formulated with patented synthesized polyolesters (POEs) and a unique additive system to provide excellent lubrication, wear protection, chemical and thermal stability and hydrolytic stability. They are miscible with HFC refrigerants and have a well-defined viscosity/temperature/pressure relationship with a wide range of HFCs. The performance of the Mobil EAL Arctic Series is well documented with HFCs in a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems and is used by many major compressor and system manufacturers around the world. Mobil EAL Arctic Series oils are recommended for domestic and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems where HFC or carbon dioxide is used.
