Application of Castrol Magna SW D 32

Magna SW D 32 is specially designed for the lubrication of all guides especially where a demulsifying oil is required to protect the pipes or to ensure a long life of the emulsion. Magna SW D 32 is suitable for demanding applications such as grinders, horizontal boring machines or CNC machining centers. Magna SW D 32 can also be used as combined hydraulic and guideway oil.

Castrol Magna SW D 32 Description

Castrol Magna SW D 32 (formerly Magnaglide D32) has been specially developed for the lubrication of guideways of machine tools. It is composed on the basis of solvent-refined mineral oil and additives to improve stickiness and extreme-pressure properties. Magna SW D 32 is a modern guideway oil and prevents stick-slip problems that often occur with slow-moving machine guides. The oil adheres well to the guides and is not pushed away.
